First, you will be notified if you have been accepted to participate in the market. If selected, you will receive an approved/rejected Purchased Product Request Form.
Thereafter, you must submit your insurance certificate.
Then, if your application is denied, your registration and table fees paid in advance will be refunded. Please contact the RDP office if you need a special payment plan.
Lastly, all RDP fees are waived for members in good standing (food vendors must still get Board of Health approval).
Please note: The Rutherford Farmers' Market is not a member of the NJ Farmers' Direct Marketing Association, although we do fully support the concept of Farmers’ Markets that provide growing opportunities for NJ farmers and that of the Jersey Fresh Program.
Come out to the 2015 Rutherford Farmers' Market and support our local community.
